May Day 2

Tuesday was a brilliant day, with warm sunshine all day long. Here are a few pictures from the demonstration.

May Day

Tomorrow it’s the First of May, the International Worker’s Day. I expect the day to be filled with red banners, a bit of singing and plenty of nice people. While I greatly enjoy the day, as it is a commemoration and celebration of values I share, I do find it sad that very few people (to my knowledge, at least) are aware of the history of the celebration.

So, I strongly suggest reading some about its history, as it is quite interesting reading.
